Who we are.
Oxygen is a small healthcare public affairs company but big on experience and ambition. Our approach recognises that the complexities of health service delivery are inextricably linked with the political and policy environment. The pandemic has made sustainability of healthcare a priority for policy makers, while social and technological changes are accelerating demands for person-centred care. As a result, life science companies are facing new market access barriers and opportunities.
There is now a sense of urgency for stakeholders to work together in the best interests of society. At Oxygen we want to bring a breath of fresh air to the world of healthcare public affairs. It’s why our company motto is: “We don’t lobby about change. We make change happen.”
We deliver every project with the same values that make us stand out.
Partnership
The relationship between life science companies and health systems is often characterised by conflict and mistrust. We believe the best way to achieve success is by a vision to build partnerships based on mutual respect and shared goals. We strive to work with key stakeholders at every level of the health policy environment, building on areas of mutual interest and delivering collective change that truly makes a difference.
Creative disruption
We provide a breath of fresh air, not only in the advice we give, but also in the approaches we take. Our ‘outside-the-box’ thinking means we do things differently. We pride ourselves on creating innovative solutions for complicated problems.
Efficiency
Oxygen are firm believers of the Pareto Principle. This rule states that 80% of all results come from only 20% of the total work undertaken. We aim to only focus on work that matters - emboldening our clients to work smart, not hard and delivering more meaningful, efficient results.
